A Rogers native and University of Arkansas finance graduate, Drake closed 315+ residential transactions and over $85M in volume in Arkansas before launching 1440, ranking Top 20 nationally at eXp Realty. His background spans high-volume sales, CPG supply-chain supporting Walmart, real estate development, and operational leadership. That range gives him a rare, ground-level understanding of what actually moves a listing — and what’s just noise.

Raised in Northwest Arkansas and deeply connected to the community, Preston is a graduate of Har-Ber High School, where he was a multi-sport athlete, and later attended Arkansas Tech University to study marketing and business. His background gives him a grounded understanding of the culture, people, and pace of NWA — and his long-term family ties make him fully invested in the growth of the region.
Before stepping into his leadership role at 1440, Preston gained valuable experience growing a regional whiskey brand, where he learned brand building, sales strategy, and relationship-driven marketing. That experience sharpened the customer-first approach he’s known for today.

Before joining 1440, Julie worked in real estate transaction management, giving her firsthand experience in the timelines, documents, pressures, and expectations agents face behind the scenes. She also brings a strong foundation in real estate finance, helping her understand exactly how media ties into pricing strategy, listing performance, and a brokerage’s marketing ROI.
Her career began in digital marketing for a major hotel brand, where she developed an eye for brand consistency, customer experience, and polished presentation skills she now applies to every piece of media 1440 delivers. Originally from the Dallas area, Julie brings a warm, service-oriented leadership style paired with meticulous organization and system-building instincts.
